This new department offers DAF and other customers a comprehensive range of tailored products and services, designed to support transport operators in making the energy transition.

DAF has announced the cooperation with HDV Booking, an international platform for booking charging stations over Europe to be operational by 2026. According to the Dutch manufacturer, this will further increase the availability of fully electric DAF trucks, particularly for long distance transport.

The New Generation DAF Electric vehicles are based on the XD and XF models. They are equipped with electric engines with a capacity of up to 350 kW/480 hp and come with a wide range of battery packs (2 to 5 packs) for zero-emission ranges of up to 500 kilometres.
