Quantron and R&B AbfallTechnik, an innovator in the field of waste collection logistics, will cooperate to implement advanced solutions for alternatively fueled waste collection vehicles. The strategic partnership was announced during the IFAT 2024 fair in Munich.

R&B AbfallTechnik GmbH Co. KG brings its expertise in waste collection logistics, while QUANTRON contributes its extensive knowledge of alternative drivetrain and hydrogen technology. The partnership will focus on developing and implementing modern vehicle technologies for the collection of municipal and commercial waste. By utilizing electric drivetrain and hydrogen technology, both companies aim to achieve a measurable reduction in environmental pollution.

Quantron announces new partnership at IFAT, Munich

At IFAT 2024, the major European exhibition on green technologies, QUANTRON is showcasing its QLI FCEV, an innovative fuel cell electric vehicle. The QUANTRON truck is the only available fuel cell powered truck in the light segment.

Additionally, R&B AbfallTechnik joined the Clean Transportation Alliance (CTA), an association initiated by QUANTRON, bringing together technology companies, experts, and energy suppliers dedicated to achieving the common goal of decarbonizing the transportation sector.
