Solar technology, German company Sono Motors awarded €1.46 million grant from EU Commission
The German company’s proprietary solar technology is integrated into other manufacturers’ vehicles, such as trucks, trailers, buses, and RVs. It provides power to various vehicle systems, reducing CO2 emissions and fuel consumption.

The overall sales of the brands belonging to the TRATON Group overcame for the first time 300,000 units (+12%), including trucks, buses and vans. Incoming orders declined by 7%. Scania, MAN, Volkswagen C&O fell by 6 to 10%, Navistar sold almost 70,000 trucks.
