Finland’s first public MCS-enabled site is targeted for trucks passing to and from the Port of HaminaKotka. MCS technology is one of the newest developments in truck charging technology, facilitating charging speeds of up to 1.2 megawatts for the first time.

The system's dynamic load management ensures optimal charging for diverse vehicle types, from e-trucks and buses to passenger cars. In addition, the solution’s decentralized architecture offers enhanced flexibility.

The collaboration builds on the two companies' proven interoperability, recently validated through Windrose’s successful long-haul pilot runs on the I-10 freight corridor between Greenlane’s charging hub in Colton, California, and Phoenix, Arizona, as well as on the I-15 corridor to Las Vegas.
